Returns & Exchanges
At YourHappyLife, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return or exchange your items. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Drop Off the Shipment
Bring your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your drop-off receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
